1.Food production line:
(1)Bread production line: A combination of equipment used for industrialized bread production, which can realize the continuous and automated production of bread from raw materials to finished products.
(2)Peanut butter production line: raw material lifting -- stone and impurity removal -- roasting -- cooling -- peeling -- sorting -- coarse grinding -- fine grinding -- blending -- cooling -- degassing -- filling.
(3)Corn processing production line: A combination of industrial equipment used to convert corn raw materials into various corn products, which can greatly improve the efficiency of corn processing and product quality, and meet different market demands.
(4)French fries production line: A professional combination of equipment for processing potatoes into popular French fries products, which can realize continuous and automated production from raw material processing to finished product packaging, meeting production needs of different scales.
2.Packaging production line
(1)Food packaging production line: An automated production system composed of front-end pretreatment equipment, core packaging equipment (such as filling machines, sealing machines, etc.), back-end processing equipment (including coding and labeling machines, palletizers, etc.) and conveyor lines. Through the collaborative operation of automated and intelligent equipment, it completes the full-process operation from raw material pretreatment to finished product packaging. It can be divided into different types of production lines such as forming-filling-sealing, cartoning and case packing, liquid filling, etc.
(2)Flour packaging production line: Composed of equipment such as automatic bag feeding, weighing and filling, sealing and sewing, inkjet marking, conveying, quality inspection, and palletizing. It completes flour packaging through an automated process, which can precisely control weights, print information, reject unqualified products, and finally stack the finished products.
(3)Carton packaging production line: An automated production system integrating cardboard processing, printing, forming and packaging.
(4)Automatic packaging production line: A highly automated production system mainly composed of equipment such as automatic packing machines, conveyors, and carton sealing machines.
3.Plastic nylon production line:
(1)Plastic bag production line: Using plastic particles as raw materials, the process includes melting into films by an extruder, cooling and winding, printing patterns and text by a printing machine, hot-sealing and cutting into shapes by a bag making machine, and finally packaging after passing quality inspection. Each link is connected by conveying equipment to achieve automated production.
(2)PVC pipe production line: Mix PVC resin with auxiliary materials, plasticize them through a conical twin-screw extruder and form them with a mold, then cool and shape them by vacuum and immersion cooling. The marking machine, tractor and cutting machine complete the marking and fixed-length cutting. Finally, the pipes are inspected, stacked and packaged, which can realize the automated production of pipes in multiple specifications.
(3)Injection molding machine production line: With the injection molding machine as the core, plastic raw materials are fed and dried before being sent to the injection molding machine. They are heated and melted in the barrel, injected into the mold cavity through a screw, and formed under pressure and cooling. After the mold is opened, a manipulator takes out the part, which is then trimmed and conveyed to the inspection station. Qualified products are packaged, and unqualified ones are recycled. All equipment works together to achieve automated production of plastic products.
(4)Waste plastic granulation production line: After sorting, crushing, cleaning and dehydration pretreatment of waste plastics, they are sent to an extruder by a feeder for melting and plasticizing, impurities are filtered by a screen changer, and then granulated by a granulator. Finally, the granules are pneumatically conveyed to a silo for storage, producing reusable particles.
4.Glass production line:
The glass production line includes proportionally preparing raw materials and feeding them into a furnace for high-temperature melting. Then, the glass is formed by methods such as the float process or blowing. After forming, the products undergo annealing to eliminate internal stress, followed by deep processing like cutting and coating according to requirements. Quality is strictly inspected during the process, and finally, the glass products are packaged and stored in warehouses.
5.Cement production line:
The cement production line includes crushing and pre-homogenization of raw materials, followed by grinding to make raw meal and homogenizing it. After preheating and decomposition, the raw meal is sent to a rotary kiln to be fired into cement clinker. The clinker and other materials are then ground into cement, which is finally packaged and delivered in bags or in bulk.
6.Water and beverage production lines:
An automated system for producing various types of water and beverages, including raw material processing systems, batching systems, sterilization and disinfection equipment, filling systems, packaging systems, as well as detection and control systems.
7.Ice cream production line:
The ice cream production line proportionally mixes raw materials such as water, milk, and sugar, followed by sequential processes of mixing and stirring, homogenization, sterilization, cooling, and aging. In the freezing machine, air is incorporated to freeze the mixture into a semi-solid state, which is then injected into containers by a filling machine. The production is completed after hardening and packaging.
